Integrated Psychological Therapy

Dr Tomlinson is a trained EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) Therapist. EMDR stimulation, such as eye movements to activate the brain’s natural healing process. This technique reduces the emotional impact of distressing memories. Cognitive Analytic Therapy
